#ChasetheSun: part 1 The 2016 Positive Action Road Trip begins! France and Besançon

The ‘summer’ in London was ending, and just as it was looking like there wasn’t going to be a Positive Action Road Trip this year, until one of our longest members, Julita said ‘Hey, Andy. I want an Adventure, what’s going on? Lets Go!’ ..and so we did!

..thus the #ChasetheSun Road Trip 2016 was born (more or less an exact representation of what happened)

Change HOW? Andy at Focallocal on using Positive Social Action to Change the World

Andy speaking at the Change How? Festival on how we can use Positive Social Action to Change the World. The Change How Festival was for innovative ideas to progressively change politics, and bring it back to the people. Focallocal is deliberately and entirely non-political, so that we can remain open for everyone to join our Movement and community, regardless of their points of view. We were invited to speak because our ‘Do It Yourself’ culture is all about bringing people together to create change themselves in the World around them, and empowering people in that way does impact the World of politics.

A Pause in the Road Trip4Connection (and time to build!)

I’m trying something new! Writing letters is much more enjoyable than writing on a computer screen, and i often write to my friends around the World – so here’s a letter i wrote to you. I’d love your feedback on whether it works and you enjoy reading articles in this format :0)Some of you paying attention may have noticed that i flew back to London from driving around the World to show how we can all use Positive Social Action Activities to tackle any and all social issues. Here’s this letter for you is to explain why i took a break, and where the Movement is right now.(click the photo to scroll and i hope you enjoy the read)

Time to start getting Positive Social Action articles on here

Sorry for  the absence guys, i’ve been really busy building our Core Team – a crack team of  the most positive enthusiastic people ever, they are from all over the World, mostly because if that much positive energy were ever in a room together i think the whole building would stand up, put on a fake moustache and start doing the Can-Can!!!So lets start getting things moving here again 😀

Pillow Fights 4Connection+Open Skills Sharing in Linz, Austria

The weather was wonderful and the people of Linz were sunny and smiley. It may have been a more laid back city than the last stop in Klagenfurt, or perhaps it was just the perfect weather and its warm effect on people; but regardless everyone seemed happy to see us. Me and Katarina started off our stay in Linz with a Pillow Fight 4Connection, by the river – inviting all the people there, and passing by to come and join in the fun with us, and to connect with each other using a friendly Pillow in the Face as our tool of choice.
