The ‘summer’ in London was ending, and just as it was looking like there wasn’t going to be a Positive Action Road Trip this year, until one of our longest members, Julita said ‘Hey, Andy. I want an Adventure, what’s going on? Lets Go!’ ..and so we did!
..thus the #ChasetheSun Road Trip 2016 was born (more or less an exact representation of what happened)

Our members have already gathered close to 100 urban beautification hero’s, and have support from local MP’s, the Maiden Lane Tenants Association, local businesses, and gardening groups.
Now its your turn
Below are some photo’s of a horribly neglected area in the Maiden Lane estate, in Camden London. The story i heard is that the council disputes who is responsible for the area, and so its been left as a dump for close to 30 years. We’re bringing local people together to take ownership for their community, by creating beautiful gardens and landscape to create a lovely walk to school for all the families and children who regularly use the path, and to make the local area a more pleasant place to live. I’m sure those kids would have a nicer start to the day if their walk to school involved a magical oasis of creativity and nature ..than through this horrible eye-sore.Send us an email if you’d like to know more, join in, or help us contacting local businesses to gather materials, seeds and plants.Beautification begins on the 26th and 27th of September

The weather. It’s always a talking point. Maybe its because its something that the whole world has in common. Or maybe its because its an easy topic to start with if you want to break the ice and start a conversation with a stranger. It’s always going to be there, the weather.
